Can I bring my own furniture?
At Skyvue we are fully furnished. You are welcome to bring your own furniture upon request!
Are short term leases available?
All of our leases at Skyvue are 12 installments.
When is move in day for 2025?
Move in day is August 21st, 2025.
How much is a security deposit?
A security deposit (if a guarantor is not provided) is 1.5 times your base rent.
Do you allow pets?
Yes, at Skyvue we are pet friendly! Breed and weight restrictions may apply. Please contact our leasing team for more information.
Do I get my own bathroom?
All bedrooms include a private bathroom!
Is parking included?
Parking is not included. You may purchase parking for an additional cost if available. Please contact the leasing office for more information.
How close are you to campus?
We are located west of the Michigan State University campus. Brody Hall is a 4 minute drive away, 5 minutes by bike and 10 minutes away via pedestrian or mobility‑assisted travel. Learn more about our well connected neighborhood in Lansing, MI.
Can I renew my lease?
If your space is still available you will have a renewal offer in your resident portal! Once you accept your offer you will receive a renewal lease to sign. If your space is unavailable you may contact the office for further options available!
What utilities are included?
Included utilities are internet and trash services.
What furniture pieces are included?
Here is a list of included furniture! Couch, chair, coffee table, side table & entertainment stand. Full XL mattress with a bedframe. Two stackable 2 drawer dressers. Desk with chair. All major appliances (Fridge, microwave, stove & dishwasher.) Washer & Dryer. 2 & 4 bedroom floor plans include kitchen islands. 1 bedroom floor plan includes 2 person table & chairs.
